RETURN POLICY
**Return Policy Duration**
Our return policy is 15 days. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
**Condition of Returned Items**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it, with its original packaging.
**Non-returnable items**
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, as well as flammable liquids or gases.
**Receipt and proof of purchase**
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
**Partial Refunds**
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books showing obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
**Delayed or Missing Refunds**
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds can take some time to process. If you’ve tried all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at support@ofness-contact.fr.
**Sale or Promotional Items**
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
**Exchanges**
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send us an email at support@ofness-contact.fr and return the item to the following address:

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
