**What are the shipping times for your products?**
We take 1 day to process your order, then delivery times are as follows:

Our offices are located in Cachan, Paris, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.
**Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?**

**Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?**
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from different warehouses, there will be multiple deliveries. The rest of your order will arrive shortly.
**I received a damaged item. What can I do?**
